Pictorial - National Human Rights Action Plan Steering Committee climaxes a Day-long Stakeholders' Conference

A one Day Stakeholders' Conference on operationalizing the National Action Plan for Business and Human Rights has taken place in Monrovia with some high profiled government officials, national and international partners in attendance.

Held at the Liberia Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, June 5, 2025, Capital Hill, the conference brought together, several dignitaries including ECOWAS Resident Representative to Liberia, Amb. Josephine Nkrumah, Deputy Justice Minister for Economic Affairs, Cllr. Charles Karmo, UN Resident Coordinator to Liberia, Christine UMutoni, EU Representative among others.

This plan is typically a strategic document aimed at promoting and protecting businesses and human rights within the country in line with national laws and international obligations.
